The Booking Process

Fill out our client application - this helps us gain a better perspective on your project needs and business goals so we can guide you towards the best package option.
After your consultation call, we will send you a follow-up email with a custom proposal outlining the details discussed. From here, you will have the option to book your project by accepting the proposal, signing the contract, and paying the initial invoice.
Once your client application has been approved, we will schedule a complimentary consultation call with you. This is where we will walk through our package recommendations, pricing, availability and answer any questions you may have.
Once you have booked your project, we will begin the onboarding process. You will gain access to your client portal, which will house all project details and any prep work we may need you to complete. You will have access to this portal throughout the entire project.

Your Questions, Answered
Project timelines will vary depending on the package selected, functionality needs for websites and studio availability. Generally, a branding project takes about 2-4 weeks and a custom website design takes about 4-8 weeks with the exception of VIP Design Weeks.
At Studio Kaly, we have three client requirements: Our Onboarding questionnaire filled out, professional photography, and timely feedback throughout the project. We like to keep things simple and we know fitting a branding & website project into your already busy schedule might feel like a bit of a headache. We'll provide a detailed timeline of when we need each of the items so you can sit back, relax and enjoy the process.
Project investments will vary depending on the scope of work and the package selected. To provide you with accurate pricing, please fill out the Inquiry form here. We do offer payment plan options starting at $500/month.
Every website package includes a video walk-through of the site which shows you how to make basic adjustments. All custom branding projects include a brand blueprint PDF, which walks you through how to use (and how not to use) your branding. We do offer website maintenance packages, as well as ongoing graphic design & marketing retainers.
At Studio Kaly, we strongly believe in the power of a fully fleshed-out brand identity - a logo is one small piece of your brand's ecosystem. With that being said, we do not offer logo design as a stand-alone service. If you feel you only need a logo or you're not ready for a custom project investment, we still suggest inquiring. We don't have project minimums and make a strong effort to work with anyone passionate about working with us.
